Sunnah Visit Grave In The Morning Of Raya

          NOT CIRCUMCISED TO VISIT GRAVE IN HARI RAYA AIDILFITRI

             Usually in Hari Raya morning namely before or after Hari Raya prayer Id-ul-fitr, Muslims in Malaysia will continuous crowd filling lands cemetery to visit their family member grave. Some land cemetery changed sort of become celebration area that joyful. There is stalls which sells flowers and perfumed water to scattered and watered above grave. Many are also among we that do certain religious worships in that graveyard such as read surah Yasin, chant in fact some do tahlil ceremony there to in give alms the reward to body. There is also a small group Muslims that until bring food and drinks in area cemetery and make ceremony in graveyard. This are all act that never are taught by Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam and also not have been practised before by any all al-salafussoleh including our imam, Imam Muhammad bin Idris al-Syafi'I rahimahullah. If said matter were good more cause big benefit to Muslims, certainly they will be led us in practise. Syaikh Wahid Abdussalam Bali when disobey HariRaya Adilfitri specialization made day visit area cemetery have said:

·         First, is not Nabi indication shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam or one of the friend specialize Hari Raya to visit grave

·         Second, Hari Raya is day of joy and convenience, not day grief and cry.

·         Third, Hari Raya is day mutually visit persons which still live, and not to see people who are already dead.

Actually Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam has outlawed to be carried out religious worship in graveyard and make as celebration area. This like the decree:

Do not you make your house the as grave. Indeed devil that runway that read for in it al-Baqarah surah.

- Hadith Imam Muslim story, no: 780

From this hadith can we understand that house that not performed religious worship like reading al-Qur'an and prayers is the same such as area cemetery. As such indirectly it tell to us all that graveyard is not place to pray like reading al-Qur'an.

Furthermore practice send al-Qur'an reading's reward such as Yasin chapter to body according to Imam al-Syafi'i opinion rahimahullah is not reach the reward to that body. Obviously in Imam's books al-Syafi'i never written on practice send reading reward al-Qur'an to this body. Subhanahu Allah's commandment gosh Ta'ala:

(In the Kitab-kitab emphasized): That indeed one who can carry will not shoulder other people' actions sin (in fact sin the effort only); And that indeed do not have (consideration) to a person unless (consideration) what is performed him. - Al-Najm (53) : 38-39

Have said al-Hafidz Ibnu Kathir rahimahullah in the interpretation book Interpret al-Qur'an al-Adzim when interpret the verse above:

Namely like a person will not shoulder such other people'
